At Bikini Love we pride ourselves on the high quality and beauty of our designer brands.
We understand though that sometimes the fit may just not be right and are happy to exchange swimwear on the following terms. We cannot accept exchanges that do not meet these requirements:
* the swimsuit must be in its original condition and not worn, washed or altered in any way.
* Hygiene stickers and brand tags must remain on the swimwear
* Items must reach us within 14 days
The postage fee for returned swimwear is the responsibility of the buyer and we request that you have a tracking number to avoid lost parcels, as we do not cover lost postage.
Steps to take to exchange an item:
* return the item in its original condition with your name and order number clearly stated on the packaging
* include a tracking number and post the item back to us at: PO Box …
* email us your full name and order number, and let us know which swimsuit you would like to exchange it for. Please note if your required size or style is unavailable, we can only exchange with items that are in stock.
* If the swimsuit chosen to exchange the original purchase is below the price of the original, we will credit the difference to your account. If the swimsuit is above the price of the original purchase, we will charge you the remaining balance to your account.
As soon as we receive the returned item, if it meets the above requirements we will send the replacement item. Please allow up to 14 days to receive it.
